Quanto ai dati di scatto premetto che non so che distro usi nè quale programma per la PP, ma i visualizzatori di immagini su linux normalmente permettono di leggere i dati exif nelle proprietà di una immagine (se i dati sono presenti dopo il salvataggio in JPG), per mantenere i dati ipotizzando di usare la funzione salva per il web di Photoshop bisogna indicare "All" nel campo dei metadati, altrimenti "salva come" li mantiene (credo in qualunque SW).
