"Su Stampu 'e su Turrunu, è una cascata immersa nel verde fitto della foresta di Addolì al confine tra i territori dei comuni di Sadali e Seùlo (montagne della Sardegna centrale). E' un fenomeno carsico di straordinaria bellezza, l'acqua ha scavato, sullo strapiombo di una parete calcarea, un inghiottitoio dove l'acqua dopo essersi tuffata da un'altezza di circa 8 metri riappare magicamente in un grotta con al centro un laghetto ampio e trasparente. Questo fenomeno carsico ha in milioni di anni dato vita ad una forra dove i numerosi ruscelli lasciando scorrere le loro acque cristalline su tutta la vallata hanno permesso la creazione di un ambiente naturale ricco di essenze vegetali anche rare dove l'acqua assurge a sé il ruolo di protagonista principale tanto da essere definito un “paesaggio d'acqua”. Lo scroscio d'acqua che si infrange nel laghetto, i riflessi argentati delle acque limpide e cristalline in movimento conferiscono al questo ambiente naturale una vitalità d'eccezione. La grotta, invece, con la sua forma regolare e tondeggiante, la vegetazione rigogliosa che avvolge l'ambiente circostante, le pareti calcare tappezzate di muschi ed erbe rampicanti creano sul visitatore una emozione “ambientale” difficile da dimenticare e rimuovere."
