at 17mm, 20 sec f/2.8, ISO 4000, tripod. Passo Rolle, Italy.

Prima via Lattea del 2018 a Passo Rolle. la luce del faro di una caserma disturbava lo scatto ma ne è uscito un effetto decisamente interessante!

The light coming from the lighthouse gave very very annoyed. Not being a Wizard of pp I had a bit of trouble and probably not a good one. in fact they are not very satisfied. Thanks for the comment!

I guess you used only one exposure to the soil and then corrected the lights and turned up the shadows thus increasing the noise.

in fact with a foreground (first floor) like it was hard to understand the histogram to correctly expose the milky way,

In addition to manage the lights on the first floor were used 1-2 masks of brightness. in 3-4 practice areas to expose differently and each of these with a stacking of at least 3-4 photos. a nice hard work:-/

actually I had tried before with just camera raw, then with two contrasting masks and work on tonal values. The result however is not the top, taking it back in my hand and place a second version. Ill be going in mid-May there is new moon and am trying again:-D
