Caro Francesco,
innanzitutto grazie per una lettura di quelle che piacciono a me, che coinvolgono la sfera emotiva prima di tutto il resto. Questo fa parte di quel che credo sia il più bell'approccio alla Fotografia, e forse rispondo così anche ad alcune delle istanze che hai proposto nel tuo vivace topic qualche giorno fa 
Ti dico qualcosa che vedo io nell'immagine. E che ho visto, con tutta probabilità, dopo averla scattata.
Ero in treno, con la mia famiglia, iniziava a piovere.
La gente in banchina si dileguava: chi saliva in fretta e furia, chi altrettanto velocemente si metteva al riparo. Quel luogo è diventato vuoto in un attimo, pur senza esserlo davvero. Tutti cercar riparo, alcuni addirittura lasciando quel posto, con motivi diversi e disparati. La pioggia rimane fuori, ma dentro?
Le gocce spalmate sul vetro in diverse direzioni, il paesaggio urbano così alterato dalla rifrazione, quella luce particolare e quel forte contrasto tra verticale ed orizzontale che da qualche tempo pervade il mio pensiero (ne parleremo in futuro, spero  ).
Ecco quel che vedo io, in ordine sparso.

Ecco: indirettamente, tra le righe, c'è molto in quello che scrivi. Un molto che farebbe bene a... molti.
Per carità: ogni approccio è legittimo in fotografia, e chi la vive principalmente in chiave tecnica ha tutto il mio rispetto e tutto il mio apprezzamento.
Ma credo anche che molti vengono un po' "presi da un'onda". Cioè, al di la di un sentire proprio e intimo, perdono magari di vista un aspetto della fotografia che potrebbe arricchire non poco.
Ovvero viverla come mezzo, come strumento per "qualcos'altro". Come medium del nostro personale modo di stare nel mondo, viverlo e sentirlo.
Aver raccontato questa breve storia.
Soprattutto aver spostato il tiro su quello che succede, sul mondo intorno di cui la fotocamera diventa testimone e taccuino per appuntare sensazioni, trovo sia di per sé un'utile lezione
