Come ho scritto nel titolo, siamo alla Kalsa, uno dei posti magici di Palermo.

Per quanto ho avuto modo di vedere nella mia fugace visita, questo è un luogo, un quartiere "recuperato" della città. Si percepisce vitalità e fermento, sia culturale che, più banalmente, commerciale. La "sensazione Aleppo" di cui parli tu, Marco, in realtà non è così opprimente. Piazza Magione (quella ritratta) è un bel posto, al centro c'è questo grande rudere di palazzo che credo sia stato mantenuto tale per ragioni storico-architettoniche oppure anche solo come traccia di memoria del vecchio e popolare quartiere.

Anche la targa a Borsellino di cui parla Filippo quando sono passato io non era così oltraggiata, forse l'avevano pulita ...

Insomma, dalla Kalsa io ho avuto un messaggio positivo, di una città che vive e migliora (del resto è un po' il messaggio che ho avuto visitando Palermo, ma la mia - lo ammetto - è stata solo una visita turistica e limitata alle zone più centrali ...)
