Al secondo giorno dell mio terzo viaggio in Islanda, facciamo tappa al Kirkjufell. Ore 21: nel piazzale lungo la strada vi sono 3 autobus da 50 posti pieni di fotoamatori, più diverse auto. Ci incamminiamo verso il lato della cascata ma appena arrivati realizziamo che è fisicamente impossibile piazzarsi con la fotocamera, ormai ogni centimetro di terreno antistante il torrente è occupato. Proseguiamo dunque e decidiamo di scattare dalla parte del laghetto, che a mio parere offre uno scorcio altrettanto godibile di quello della cascata. La riflessione che vorrei fare, da fotoamatore amante della scoperta e dell'esplorazione, è che in Islanda ormai gli scorci classici, tra cui il Kirkjufell, il Vestrahorn, Jokulsarlon, Skogafoss, ecc ecc sono presi d'assalto da centinaia di fotoamatori. Si finisce tutti per fare le stesse foto, dunque. Eppure l'Islanda offre magnifici scorci meno battuti, basta scostarsi un minimo dai percorsi più turistici per scoprire dei mondi. Dov'è finita la creatività del fotoamatore?
