Le pozze d'alpeggio, intorno ai 1200 metri di quota, sono finalmente sgombre dal ghiaccio e dalla neve e per gli anfibi l'arrivo della primavera ha dato inizio al periodo riproduttivo. Numerosissimi raggiungono questi specchi d'acqua che in breve tempo pullulano di orde di Rane temporarie e Rospi comuni che cercano, con tutte le loro energie, di accoppiarsi. In particolare il Rospo comune (Bufo bufo) depone migliaia di uova contenute in lunghi filamenti gelatinosi, mentre le Rane temporarie producono degli ammassi globulari contenenti centinaia di uova...
