L'idea è buona ma nella tua foto non si capisce bene qual'è il soggetto, se la sbarra, le nuvole...
...lo sguardo gira ma non riesco a trovare un punto d'interesse.
Forse avresti dovuto cercare una composizione differente, magari all'altezza delle rotaie, eliminando magari elementi di disturbo come rami piante ecc...valorizzando la sbarra.
Il mio è un commento (puramente personale) scritto dietro un monitor e quello che vedevi tu magari è ben differente da quello che vedo io.

The idea is good but in your photo it's not clear what the subject, if the barrier, the clouds ...
Gaze turns ... but I can not find a point of interest.
Maybe you should try a different composition, possibly at the rails, perhaps eliminating distracting elements like branches plants etc. ... enhancing the bar.
My comment is a (purely personal) written behind a monitor and maybe what you saw is very different from what I see.

Ciao, grazie del commento preciso alla foto, il soggetto voleva essere la sbarra, ripresa da un'angolatura non classica, ma dal fosso adiacente.
Effettivamente ci sono troppi elementi di disturbo... purtroppo non potrò riprovare a scattare la foto, la linea ferroviara è stata smantellata e questo passaggio a livello come gli altri nella mia zona non esistono più.

Hello, thanks for the comment specific to the photo, the subject would be the bar, taken from an angle not classical, but from the adjacent ditch.
Actually there are too many disturbing elements ... unfortunately I can not try to take the picture, the railway line was dismantled :-( and this level crossing as the others in my area no longer exist.
