Foto scattata l'8 marzo 2018. Questa è Grjótagjá, un grotta con una fonte geotermale presso il lago Mývatn, Nord-Est dell'Islanda. L'acqua, oltre ad essere di un bel colore azzurrino, è calda per la sua origine geotermale... anche esageratamente calda! Infatti vi è un cartello che specifica che è vietato immergersi: sia perché a volte l'acqua raggiunge temperature molto elevate sia per il fondale un po' dissestato. Rimane comunque molto particolare entrare in questa grotta lavica attraverso, letteralmente, una fessura nel terreno e ritrovarsi avvolti da una lieve nebbia di vapore caldo, specialmente se fuori ci sono -5°C!!! All'interno della grotta c'è poco spazio per muoversi, ci stanno poche persone alla volta. Inoltre la luce è poca: consigliassimo, se non obbligatorio, usare il treppiede per scattare!
