"Palazzo Spinelli di Laurino su via dei Tribunali, di fronte la storica pizzeria Sorbillo. L'edificio fu realizzato nel 15esimo secolo e poi restaurato circa duecento anni dopo su commissione di?Trojano Spinelli. A differenza delle altre costruzioni simili che vi sono nel centro storico della città, il suo cortile presenta?una pianta a forma ellittica, con alcune statue, due rampe di scale e l'ingresso alla cappella di famiglia. Attualmente utilizzata a scopo residenziale, è famoso anche per aver fatto da location a numerosi film, tra cui "La Pelle" di Liliana Cavani e "Maccheroni" di Ettore Scola.
