Sinceramente non so perché non ho caricato prima questa foto su Juza comunque ha una sua storia dietro che vi racconterò. Mi trovavo con un amico a fare il giro dei laghi attorno al Monviso, completamente fuori allenamento. Per raggiungere prima il sentiero prendiamo una piccola deviazione con una pendenza molto alta, arrivo a fatica in cima e inizio a star male: non riuscivo più a respirare, la testa mi scoppiava e sentivo il sapore del sangue in bocca. Mi appoggio ad una roccia per tentare di riprendere fiato. Dopo un paio di boccate faticose mi volto e mi siedo. Allora vidi il Monviso colpito dai raggi del sole all'alba prendere questa fantastica colorazione rosa. Dopo la fatica e ancora dolorante al petto riesco a scattare quest'unica foto. Non sarà meravigliosa ma ci sono affezionato perché è come se fosse stato un premio per aver sofferto ed essere salito esattamente fino a quel punto. È stato un caso, probabilmente se avessi fatto un altro giro più comodo o non mi fossi voltato non l'avrei mai visto. Per me è stata pura meraviglia.
