Si trovano molti boliviani nel territorio mendosino che lavorano nelle vigne durante il periodo della vendemmia. Durante la "Fiesta de la vendimia", viene consentito alla comunità boliviana di partecipare al "Carrusel" portando i loro abiti e le loro musiche.
