L'isolotto di Es Vedrà, a sud ovest della costa, è uno dei simboli di Ibiza. Si tratta di una maestosa roccia affiancata ad una più piccola che sembra essere poggiata delicatamente sulle acque del mare.
Colpisono i suoi 400 metri di altezza visti da Cala d'Hort o dalla Torre des Savinar, eccellenti posti da dove ammirare il tramonto del sole.
La fama di questo isolotto è dovuta alla sua bellezza e alle leggende che lo accompagnano.
Es Vedra ha ispirato poeti, pittori, fotografi e cineasti, attratti dal mistero che emana. Numerose sono le leggende che ruotano intorno a questo fantastico isolotto, si dice ci siano stati addirittura avvistamenti di ufo.
Alcuni credono che sia la isola sacra di Tanit, che per i Cartaginesi era la dea della fertilità, dell'amore e del piacere, associata alla fertilità, alla Luna e alle messi. Altri invece considerano Es Vedra come l'isola delle sirene dell'epoca di Omero.
Sembra anche essere il secondo punto energetico del mondo: più ci si avvicina alla roccia piu' si ricevono degli influssi energetici e le bussole dei marinai smettono di funzionare.

Beautiful composition, but I opted for a HDR a bit more 'soft so' marked to avoid the noise. A full risoluzine there is a strong chromatic aberration. Bella la composizione ma avrei optato per un HDR un po piu' soft cosi' da evitare il rumore marcato. A piena risoluzine si nota una decisa aberrazione cromatica.
