Per ottenere questa immagine ho lavorato parecchio di crop.
In origine era una foto che ho preso al volo durante la passeggiata sule sentiero che va da Gessoney al Castello Savoia:

Ma rivedendola l'ho trovata dispersiva; troppo spazio alla vegetazione e al cielo e di conseguanza i soggetti principali, ovvero il paese e il Massiccio del Rosa, finivano per apparire troppo piccoli e distanti.
Prima ho fatto questo crop:

Dove nello spiraglio vicino al bordo destro destra si intravvede la villa dei baroni Beck Peccoz (attuale Municipio), da cui la Regina Margherita era regolarmente ospitata prima della costruzione di questo:

Ma poi ho preferito tagliare ulteriormente per concentrare la visuale sul paese e in particolare sul campanile che si colloca quasi esattamente all'incrocio delle diagonali.
Ho sfruttato solo 8.9 dei 24 Mpx dell'A6000, ma del resto ritengo che l'abbondanza di "megapizze" dei sensori attuali serva soprattutto per fare dei crop. Ho anche dato un "aiutino" alla percezione della nitidezza con una maschera di contrasto.
