"..... Finally, the Wolf" sent on October 22, 2012 (19:38) by Giordano Giacomini. 91 comments, 9466 views.

, 1/400 f/8.0, ISO 250, tripod.

hello, as I love these animals, even if it was the ugliest of the earth, it would be great, unfortunately I never had the pleasure of seeing and photographing .. read your story moved me as if I was there ... thanks for sharing it and healthy envy for you that you had a memorable experience so ... among other things, the picture does not seem so bad, at 1/400 is not easy to catch animals that move, it seems to me clear and well lit, the background is "dirty", but a forest is a forest ... good

A great shot and a good photo.
A wolf photographed in the wild and more in Italy is a great thing!
It 'really put malino, looks like a young man in big trouble ... so I came also some doubt that it was really a wolf.

What is a wolf does not rain (I say this because from someone was advanced some doubt) is equally certain that it is a focused really bad. It 'obviously very thin and suffering from mange: I guess this is going to get for him will be the last winter :-(

Thanks again everyone ... really nice :-)
Whether it's wolf there is no doubt ... the experts have told me that it is definitely old and also malnourished, perhaps because the long wound of the left leg.
Domenico-the area is not one but somewhere else to Alpe Casanova.
Michela ... it was a great meeting and I really did not expect to find them and so close in the middle of the day :-)

Photo difficult of an animal quantomai elusive. Complimentoni. It seems that the wolf population is growing here in the Apennines near Bologna. We hope to leave them live in peace!
