at 35mm, 1/200 f/2.8, ISO 2500, hand held.

Thanks your message, I will answer this now Agate and without knowing the question, you will find information in response onto the other photo.

However it is the Museum of la Nonette of Terrasini. country between Palermo and Trapani.

In the gallery there is also a picture of the Museum, with some other indication.

Riconsiglio you to visit it, if you happen to go over there

These Sicilian carts are true works of art for constructive technique, decorations and tales, colors, sensations and emotions beyond the history and tradition of a beautiful region ;-); Excellent photo of a series that you have well done to show and bring to the attention of a wider audience of amateurs who like me had nothing but vague and sporadic information about it inhabiting also very far geographically 8-).
Congratulations to you Sergio for the beautiful gallery and accompanying information that embellish the topic making it more captivating and suggestive: a dear greeting and many wishes for happy holidays to you and to the people you care :-).
A great greeting and a hug.

Thanks Claudio, I'm glad you enjoyed this small collection of images dedicated to Sicilian carts. Although I have always known them, the collection of this museum has enchanted me and stimulated me to learn more. Recently, then, I had the good fortune to meet the nephew of a craftsman who built them and who told me other details of this artisanal art, now on the way to extinction, but that has left many valuable artifacts that have become, in time, one of the symbols of Sicily. Even if carts are not built today, their colours and designs are iconographic in the region.
Many wishes for Happy Holidays Claudio to you and to your loved ones.
A loving hug

Thank you Rosario, I'm just glad you enjoyed this little photo story of these carts exhibited at the Museum of Terrasini that I recommend, if passing by, to go to visit. The museum, in addition to the section dedicated to carts, exhibits collections of shells and fossils, stuffed birds, and finds of underwater archaeology. Also beautiful is the village, built on a coastline of jagged cliffs and small bays.
You spare for the greetings that you spare cordially for you and for your loved ones.

Very nice all the series you posted, I find interesting and engaging also the caption you wrote. The photo portrays a beautiful peculiarity rich in working ingenuity and warm colors. At home I keep a wooden model of this cart with a horse pulled in big party, my dad brought it to my house forty years ago when he often went to Sicily for work, I still keep it in memory because it is very colorful and I like it, sorry for the chatter ...... . Hello Giovanni and Davide, thank you infinitely for the beautiful words dedicated to the photos on the Sicilian carts.
This museum dedicated to them has fascinated me a lot and since I visited it I am in contact with passionate collectors and I have discovered an interesting world that has not completely disappeared. In fact, there is still a small production of these splendid artifacts, according to the artisan techniques of the past.
Son glad these photos have taken you to cherished family memories. I am also pleased with your appreciation of the caption and that this little work of mine has been a starting point for our chatter.
Thanks a thousand
Greetings

Thanks Emiliano, I like your appreciation to caption and image. A surprise the world of Sicilian carts, I thought they were "extinct", instead around them, there is still a lot of interest and a modest production persists, in respect of the techniques and ancient
decorationsThanks a thousand.

GreetingsSergio
