Chimney Sweep? sent on February 02, 2018 (18:08) by Mauro Vianello Lucifer. 11 comments, 720 views.

, 1/800 f/7.1, ISO 640, hand held. Specie: Phoenicurus ochruros

Paraggi del Parcheggio IKEA di Chieti, 7 gennaio 2018. Giovane o femmina? ;-)

I agree with Antonio who preceded me, even the setting is typical of this bird that loves urbanized environments.

Excellent recovery for this bird that has learned to get closer and closer to urban environments where it is obviously at ease.
Congratulations Marco .... a greeting Cesare.

Hi Mauro, between man-made and nature, very beautiful roost and subject, original and engaging image. (Years ago I had a pair of chimney sweep redstart that nested inside the garage of the house, the male was of a very different plumage color from how we all enthusiasts know, in practice it was just darker than the female. In this image of yours it is a female chimney sweep). Congratulations to you, a hug have a good new week!

Thank you Giovanni, always kind and attentive.
Lately I have been dedicating little time to photography, for various reasons, especially time and health.
Both as releases and as post-production.
Then, the less you do, the less you want to do...
So I end up passing a little distractedly even on this beautiful forum.
I will try to straighten the course.
A warm greeting.
