Vi propongo una foto ripresa nel dicembre del 2016. Ripresa sempre effettuata dal terrazzo di casa, nei momenti in cui ho dei attacchi intensi di astrofotografia “che non si riescono in nessun modo contenere” e non ho la possibilità di andare sotto un buon cielo di montagna per sfogarsi. Questa volta il mio sfogo e caduto sulla “povera” nebulosa a emissione NGC 2174, più comunemente chiamata Nebulosa Testa di Scimmia, si trova nella parte nord est della costellazione di Orine. Sono 62 esposizioni da 1200s con una camera QHY10 + filtro Idas LPS2 ,al fuoco del mio Newton autocostruito, il tutto su una montatura Gemini G53F.
