Marone (662 m s.l.m) è un borgo ormai da anni abbandonato facente parte del comune di Trontano anche se geograficamente giace in Valle Vigezzo. Non è possibile raggiungerlo in automobile ma solamente tramite antiche mulattiere o servendosi della ferrovia Vigezzina. Del borgo rimane in buono stato la chiesa di Sant Antonio Abate, il piccolo cimitero, una graziosa cappella e tanti rustici.
