Avresti potuto alzare un po' gli iso, così di conseguenza avresti potuto usare anche un tempo più veloce per evitare il micromosso.
Se hai scattato in raw, potresti tentare di modificare l'esposizione per vedere se riesci a schiarirla, oppure sempre in pp lavorare sui livelli di luminosità, contrasto e luminanza (per togliere un po' del rumore).
Non sono una esperta di postproduzione, ma io ci pastrocchierei un attimo, per vedere se si riesce a migliorarla un po'.
