Ross143: l'ho restituito e dopo varie peripezie durate 3 mesi, che hanno coinvolto un avvocato, sono riuscita ad evere quasi tutti i soldi indietro. Il difetto (messa a fuoco automatica saltuaria) era stato segnalato al venditore (noto negozio italiano da me scelto per "l'affidabilità"...) entro 14 gg, ma questi non sentiva ragioni. Ho invece il sospetto che fosse a conoscenza del difetto già prima della vendita: al momento dell'acquisto il titolare mi propose uno sconto di 100 euro se avessi acconsentito a ricevere anche una polaroid. La proposta era strana...ho pensato che dovessero smaltire delle rimanenze di magazzino ed ovviamente ho accettato. In fattura però hanno conteggiato la polaroid circa 400 euro e il 500 la differenza. Così quando hanno dovuto restituirmi la cifra spesa mi han ridato meno di ciò che avevo speso: come se avessi acquistato di mia volontà una polaroid a 400 euro! Un giochino sporco! Ho ricomprato successivamente un nuovo, perfetto 500 on line, con paypal, ad un prezzo molto più basso. |
