Nice picture, I would have cloned the pieces of meat on the trunk ..

Alessandro, Antonio, Thanks !! :-D
@ Antonio: actually I had not the slightest thought to clone the casings ... because they are still part of the scene, being a roost, but you can try, thanks for the tip ;-)

great shot Fabiano , the pose is wonderful , the sharpness and details , and the lighting is very good, also the BG is go well with the trunk and the buzzard .

in natural documentary photography I not agree with cloning anything, only if it is a rare must , here the meet is natural part of the frame .

complements .

Fabiano, a very unique pose and expression. Like the fine detail, the great plumage display and the natural setting. WEll composed and caught in the moment. Wally

excellent subject taken at a particular time .... unfortunately the hd of this size lends itself to a good reading on the most popular monitors among users .... the subject has strong contrasts and the detail is affected ... In post I would have removed the sharpness applied to the roost because of a different nature and then received by the object too aggressively than the subject ... there is different digital noise in the background that can be removed in a moment to the benefit of the files .... hello
Mario

Thank you all.

@ Mmulinai: tell me where you see digital noise in the background of this photo ... I assure you that even engaging I do not see the slightest trace (you're probably referring to blurred in the background, but those are branches of trees blurred by the used and depth of field) ...

A great shot that can be improved in post production, I agree with the analysis of Mario on how to better manage the image.
