Bellissima situazione di luce, sono d'accordo sul taglio in alto per portare la linea delle nuvole sui terzi.
Io addirittura metterei bene in piano quella linea, capisco che così è naturale ma la curvatura un po' sbilanciata a dx mi disturba un po'.

Io invece sono contento che c'era altrimenti quell'effetto sui raggi del sole non ci sarebbe stato.
per il taglio di solito preferisco mantenere (anche se ritaglio) il formato della fotocamera (in questo caso 3:2) Ovviamente se dovessi stampare la foto forse farei come hai detto tu visto che la parte superiore è sicuramente meno interessante del resto.
