Tieni presente che non ci sono mai tratti piani (circa 12.000 m di dislivello) si sale e si scende continuamente tra i 700 m e i 1500 m.
E' una esperienza unica, che ti cambia la vita, non per una questione religiosa, che non è tanto presente, ma perché ti immergi in un mondo con tanta spiritualità che ti entra dentro.
