Se cercavi un effetto Resident Evil direi che è riuscito. 
Purtroppo il sangue rimane un pò artificioso, immagino che non sia un lavoro facile in pp....

direi che è un foro di uscita , quindi forse avrebbe dovuto essere riverso sull'altro lato.
