E' proprio un Quetzal. Ha ragione Falena. Vive in Costa Rica e in Guatemala (e in altre zone dell'America centrale). E' un uccello raro ed è anche il simbolo dello stato del Guatemala.
Ho appena postato anch'io due foto del Quetzal, ma ho notato, osservando il becco, che non è lo stesso che hai fotografato tu. So che ce n'erano due, ma io il secondo (il tuo) non l'ho proprio visto.
Il mio ha il becco più rovinato e di colore diverso...forse è più vecchio.

It 'just a Quetzal. Moth is right. He lives in Costa Rica and Guatemala (and other parts of Central America). It 'a rare bird and is also the symbol of the state of Guatemala.
I just posted two photos of Quetzal, too, but I noticed, looking at the beak, which is not the same one you photographed yourself. I know that there were two, but the second I (your) I have not really seen.
My bill has ruined more and different color ... maybe he is older.
