Anche se il bordo delle foglie è segnato dal freddo e penso che da questo derivi il titolo che hai dato alla foto, io la trovo molto calda e avvolgente. Lo strato di foglie è la coperta che madre natura ha dato alla terra per proteggersi dal gelo e conservare così il calore per la vita che vi è sotto. Il marrone poi è un colore positivo e quelle foglie sono felici di aver compiuto il loro percorso e di essere ancora in qualche modo utili per proteggere chi ha alimentato il fusto che le sosteneva. Mi piace anche per quel senso che quel marrone ti dà, portandoti dentro le mura di casa ad assaporare il calore che la stufa o il camino sprigionano. Mi piace per quel senso di umiltà che il colore porta con sé, come il colore del saio di San Francesco che si opponeva all'opulenza della Chiesa di quei tempi (e che purtroppo è ancora primeggiante al giorno d'oggi) a dimostrazione anche le cose semplici e umili svolgono lo stesso servizio (e forse anche meglio) di quelle eclatanti e nobili. Mi piace per quel senso di unione dato dalla sovrapposizione di quelle foglie che danno un senso di forza e amicizia. Mi piace anche perché si adatta bene a questi giorni di festa.
