L'uso del costume non è solo un fatto folcloristico come avviene in tanti altri luoghi, ma ancora un dato di quotidianità. "Ol Morèl": questo costume, sfarzoso nella sua semplicità, è ancora oggi usato a Premana in occasione di feste di nozze. La sua origine, greco-albanese, è da mettersi in relazione agli antichi rapporti tra Premana e Venezia. La festa Cristiana del Corpus Domini è la più tipica tra quelle celebrate a Premana: una processione che si snoda lungo le stradine periferiche del vecchio nucleo. Il percorso, che si snoda per la lunghezza di circa un chilometro, è totalmente addobbato con lenzuola, tendaggi e drappi a creare un tunnel straordinario e fantasmagorico. Le antiche confraternite portano i loro stendardi e candelabri, gli aderenti seguono vestiti con le antiche divise, le donne per l'occasione indossano il costume tradizionale e tutto il popolo partecipa con devozione.
