Bella e fortunata cattura.

A fine example of a rock python, judging encumbrance would say over 5 mt. Beautiful and successful capture.

Thanks for the ride and ... eeeeeesatto, is a
python of rocks
alias moluro that maybe he wanted to greet:-D on the last day in the park of Yala, although he allowed just enough time to tell the guide / driver to stop and enough, lift me over the opening of the jeep and take three pictures: one instinctively just seen, then this, and the last in all its length but with his nose while he was about to get off the road and so I had to say too much a little backwards because everything in the same 70-200 ...

very nice compliments, must have been a great feeling and the python, probably, must have already eaten otherwise the poor pigeon next would have a problem:-D

Thanks :-) DWB, and in fact give rise to this thought when you require precedence, even if you're in the car ...

Thanks also to you, Giancarlo E. .. :-) on the one hand I was happy for the little bird but you know it famished photo :-| so close ...

That bell 'animal! is always a sight to see ..
L 'last vote that I was in Ethiopia (January / February 2011) just went down to the valley of' Omo, on a stretch of road on 20/30 meters, we found three crushed by the car :-(
A crime that even now I get upset!

@Memy " ne abbiamo trovati 3 schiacciati dalle auto" TristeTristeTristeTristeTristeTriste

@ Memy
we have found three crushed by the car
:-( :-( :-( :-( :-( :-(

@ Oly
you come across a pigeon lucky
at least I avoided the sad solidarity that I usually see their prey when hunting scenes ;-)

@ Max57
But that frequent the streets!?
Unfortunately, I frequent the streets for the rest of the year do not have that good kind of traffic but only four wheels and metal ...

And because of the steps and comments :-) :-) :-)

Bella foto.

Beautiful photos. It would have been more accurate to the photo owner "a long road" but maybe you could mistake with the homonymous Optical:-D

Beautiful photos, very impressive and magnificent beast, the pigeon seems to me a lot quieter than I'd be ...

MrGreen MrGreen

@ Fabio: I like your title :-) and thanks for the step

@ Roberto
Impressive snake ...
even if I am a woman, I do not usually scare the reptiles and the like (except for the lizards from my cats protecting them in my palm and bringing safe and very small, school was saving earthworms) but this ... I must admit that was the desired effect:-D and thanks to you the comment

@ Gianni:
the pigeon seems to me much more comfortable
when we stopped the jeep. I had not even noticed I almost ... that is saved because he was doing very well ignore it! :-D ;-) and thanks for your intervention

@ Max57: look what I start with comparisons with the turtle ... :-D:-D

awesome! the road and give the bird a sense of proportion, even the beautiful sinuous curve, and the pinkish color of the dirt road that gives depth to the shot

Graaaaaaaaaazie Parvati: I have to thank for the bird nature while on the road, happy that my idea of ??something that did not make the photo trivial (apart from the subject that already in itself does not pass innoservato) you noticed it: -)

Bella cattura e bell'esemplare. E' sempre difficile vedere questi diffidenti animali.

Beautiful capture and lovely example. It 's always difficult to see these wary animals.

Thanks Ladydar and just wary in an instant was on the opposite side in the bush, behind a bush under which confused and husband and I wondered: "Who knows how many we passed without realizing it" ;-)
