Un bell'esemplare di pitone delle rocce, a giudicare dall'ingombro direi sopra i 5 mt. Bella e fortunata cattura.

Grazie del passaggio e... eeeeeesatto, è un " pitone del rocce" alias moluro che forse ha voluto salutare  l'ultimo giorno nel parco di Yala, anche se si è concesso appena il tempo di dire alla guida/autista di fermarsi e basta, sollevarmi oltre l'apertura della jeep e scattare tre foto: una d'istinto appena visto, poi questa, e l'ultima in tutta la sua lunghezza ma mentre col muso stava già per uscire dalla strada e per cui ho dovuto sbilanciarmi un pò all'indietro perchè stesse tutto nel 70-200...
Thanks for the ride and ... eeeeeesatto, is a “ python of rocks „ alias moluro that maybe he wanted to greet:-D on the last day in the park of Yala, although he allowed just enough time to tell the guide / driver to stop and enough, lift me over the opening of the jeep and take three pictures: one instinctively just seen, then this, and the last in all its length but with his nose while he was about to get off the road and so I had to say too much a little backwards because everything in the same 70-200 ... molto bella complimenti, deve essere stata una bella emozione e il pitone, probabilmente, doveva aver già mangiato altrimenti il povero piccione accanto avrebbe avuto qualche problema

Che bell' animale! è sempre uno spettacolo vederlo..
L' ultima vota che sono stato in Etiopia ( Gennaio/Febbraio 2011 ) appena scesi nella valle dell' Omo, in un tratto di strada lungo 20/30 metri, ne abbiamo trovati 3 schiacciati dalle auto 
Un delitto che ancora adesso mi fa incavolare!!

L 'last vote that I was in Ethiopia (January / February 2011) just went down to the valley of' Omo, on a stretch of road on 20/30 meters, we found three crushed by the car :-(

Bella foto. Sarebbe stato più esatto titolare la foto "un lungo sulla strada" ma forse si poteva equivocare con l'omonima ottica

impressionante! la strada e l'uccello danno il senso delle proporzioni; bella anche la curva sinuosa, e il colore rosato, della sterrata che dà profondità allo scatto

Grazie Ladydar e si, proprio diffidente: in un attimo era dalla parte opposta nel bush, protetto da un arbusto sotto cui si confondeva e marito ed io ci siamo chiesti: "chissà a quanti siamo passati accanto senza accorgercene"
