Stavamo rientrando al nostro campo quando vidi questa leonessa con il sotto mento rosso di sangue. Nelle vicinanze un'antilope a terra con lo stomaco sventrato. La leonessa ci guardò, era stanchissima, faceva fatica a fare qualsiasi movimento. Spento il motore c'era il silenzio e la leonessa chiuse lentamente gli occhi e si mise tranquilla. Scattai alcune foto e poi la lasciammo sola e addormentata.
