Thanks to both for the passage! In fact it was a wonderful scenery, I admit that I was very excited as I jumped and the "dragon head" from the Matterhorn (with the lenticular cloud above) was really phenomenal ..

Sure is it not the reincarnation of Smaug, the dragon of "Lo Hobbit"? :-)
Nice shot

Thank you Alessio and Daniele! On Smaug I would not know, but certainly the treasure to guard him has! :)

The Matterhole shooting with this incredible backlighting situation and the exceptional dragon-cloud make it a beautiful and very interesting photo !!
At the compositional level I find it a little unbalanced with too much sky above and too much space to the right where that cloudy darkness "weighs" too.
Anyway, it's a compliment!

... but that very dark cloud is the real dragon threatening the long crocodile behind the Matterhorn!
Epic atmosphere really!
hello Fabrizio ;-)

Incredible, but I agree with both !! At the compositional level, Ilario finds me perfectly in agreement and the dark clouds unbalanced the sky .. but I left it in the frame just because, as Fabrizio noted, it seemed to me a dragon that threatened what was initially actually baptized crocodile that emerges from the Matterhorn, visible in the other galleries! so I wrote epic fight !! The light was actually hard to handle and the clouds actually helped (though I hoped to see the top of the discovery). Thanks to both the passage and the attention to the details, very welcome!
A greeting, Francesco.

Beautiful photo Francesco :-) and great imagination ;-D
I like the composition that enhances and emphasizes the 'dragon' and the show you've managed very well.
Nice detail and colors. To my mind, I would only take a bit of magenta at the top of the picture, all the top half of the frame say.
Compliments
Nicholas

:-D Thanks a lot Fox (relative?) And thank you so much Timk2!
Nicolò thank you very much for the passage and the comment and compliments for your ever magnificent and original shots!
Regarding magenta is a shade that I adore in heaven, so what I was willing to hold it was! In fact this shot would be another slightly different post and I like it more, made after this release but nn i would never miss your comments to change it! Maybe I'll put it in the comments just find out how to do it .. :-)
