Vi propongo la fotografia di un satellite irridium, veramente facile da fare. Sicuramente gli astrofili conoscono l'esistenza di questi satelliti che spesso passano sopra i nostri cieli. Comunque porto questa testimonianza fotografica. Sono satelliti atti alla telecomunicazione che girano intorno alla terra a circa 780 km di altezza, hanno una velocita di 7,4 km al secondo, ed hanno sta caratteristica che in funzione di dove si trovano col riflesso del sole sui loro pannelli creano un bagliore (flare) anche molto intenso, arrivano alla magnitudine di -8,5... la più forte dopo sole e luna visibile in cielo. Da qui l'ingenio del uomo, esiste una app che in funzione di dove ti trovi sulla terra ti dice numero del irridium ora minuto secondo esatto di quando succedera' il flare che cresce in maniera esponenziale fino a raggiungere il suo massimo per poi calare fino a scomparire.
