Bellissima foto,ambientaszione ok e belli i funghi..Dunque , sono commestibili ma solo dopo adeguata cottura ( bollitura)..Fanno parte del genere Armillaria,dai colori della foto posso ipotizzare si tratti di Armillaria mellea, i famosi "chiodini" nel gergo comune,solitamente vengono bolliti a lungo e messi sott'olio, in alcune regioni sono ricercatissimi(nella mia, liguria, molto meno)..il genere Armillria comprende una serie di funghi assai simili come l'Amillaria ostoyae con le medesime caratteristiche di commestibilita'..sono funghi pero',a mio avviso, poco raccomandabili perche'sono frutto di intolleranza in molte persone..inoltre, ripeto ,vanno consumati rigorosamente pre-bolliti per evitare problemi..e non vanno assolutamente raccolti se trovati congelati ( crescono pure in tardo autunno-inverno con temperature vicine allo 0 )..in queste condizione diventano tossiche.
