Thanks Giordano! Yes, unfortunately the distance was remarkable because the griffin was at that time across the Canyon (Verdon Gorge ...) and with my equipment I was short. In fact, what I liked most in this shot was the play of lights and shadows with the profile that sits on the illuminated wall and the griffon struck by the sun. The sharpness on the subject, aimè, is not the best in this case.

Grazie Giordano ! Si, purtroppo la distanza era ragguardevole perchè il grifone in quel momento era dall'altra parte del Canyon (Gole del Verdon...) e con il mio equipaggiamento ero corto. In effetti, ciò che mi piaceva di più in questo scatto era il gioco di luci e ombre con il profilo che si staglia sulla parete illuminata e il grifone colpito dal sole. La nitidezza sul soggetto, aimè, non è delle migliori in questo caso.
