hand held.

You are right: I see a portrait with the eye and the arcimboldish nose. This olive tree is a true national monument!
Where is it?
hello, Fabrizio ;-)

I'm not so learned in art but surely it's a show and I would be curious to know where it is

Truly incredible the shape and distraction of its branches. You are perfectly right for the Arcimboldo.
Bravo

It sounds alive and also a bit disturbing, its conformation seems to be the combination of a reshuffling of different subjects or figurations that our sensitivity and imagination is able to associate with the many forms nestled in one another in that incredible maze of ramifications contorted and distorted in a kind of deformation and natural mutation :-).
A naturalistic subject that does not go unnoticed and you have composed and proposed it in its most striking and evocative trait ;-); congratulations Rod.
Hi, Claudio :-P

... sharing and listening to other people's opinions is always important, but in my opinion about such shots ... it is even more, as it confirms that you do not have strange "visions" 8-) ... thank you very much for the beautiful words.

Caspiterina !! That centuries-old twisted trunk, certainly uprooted by some southern olive groves.
Congratulations on the Rodema shot.
A greeting flower. ;-)

Hi Rod, once again surprise me with a click that made me think, "but this Rod sees things that we humans ..."
He forgets the trivial quotation of Blade Runner but I really believe that photography is above all able to capture and know how to represent peculiarities like these. And you're so good ...

Beautiful Rod shot for one of the most talked about in Palma de Mallorca. Great approach to the great Arcimboldo. Hi Raf ;-)
