Le mie scene d'Africa preferite sono gli animali sotto la pioggia. Le foto sono sempre di forte impatto. Sarò tradizionalista ma la post non mi convince. Più morbida avrebbe reso molto meglio la magica atmosfera della savana piovosa. Secondo me hai proprio abusato e introdotto una valanga di rumore.
My favorite scenes of Africa are the animals in the rain. The photos are always a strong impact. I'll be conservative but the post does not convince me. Softer would have made much better than the magic atmosphere of the rainy savanna. In my opinion you really abused and introduced an avalanche of noise. Capisco il tuo punto di vista e le tue perplessità Pmaffio, come detto è il risultato di un pp un po' forzata ma cercata con una dose di sharpen superiore al solito per raggiungere il risultato che avevo in mente e che ovviamente, come dici anche tu Serpero, si discosta dalla fotografia naturalistica tradizionale.....e sinceramente anche dalle mie consuete foto naturalistiche.

I understand your point of view and your concerns Pmaffio, as said, is the result of a pp a bit 'forced but sought to sharpen with a dose higher than usual to achieve the result I had in mind and that of course, as you say, too Serpero, differs from traditional wildlife photography ..... and also sincerely from my usual nature photography.
