#FioriBianchi #White #Bianco Bellis perennis L. Nome italiano: Pratolina, margheritina, bellide dei prati. Piccola pianta erbacea, perenne, pubescente in ogni sua parte (ad eccezione dei singoli fiori), non più alta di 12-15 cm e con robusta radice fittonante.Le foglie, disposte di solito in rosetta basale aderente al suolo, sono di colore verde, talora glaucescenti, con picciolo alato, a lamina spatolata e margine crenato, con ben visibile la sola nervatura mediana.In capolini solitari raggiati, con diametro mediamente di 2 cm (carattere abbastanza costante) o leggermente maggiore, presenti quasi tutto l'anno, su scapi semplici, afilli, o portanti al più qualche foglia nella porzione basale fino ad un paio di cm d'altezza; le brattee involucrali, ovali ad apice arrotondato o ± acuto, sono disposte su due ranghi e sono pelose su tutta la lamina; su un ricettacolo conico insiste un disco di fiori ermafroditi tubulosi e attinomorfi, gialli, contornato da fiori ligulati (i cosiddetti "fiori del raggio") con ligule bianche ± sfumate di rosso-violetto all'apice. Il capolino si comporta come un unico fiore: di notte e quando il cielo è nuvoloso, oppure c'è molta umidità, si inclina e si richiude, mentre di giorno segue il corso del sole, orientandosi verso di esso. La fioritura avviene praticamente durante tutto l'anno nelle zone più fresche (montagna), con riposo vegetativo estivo altrove. Cresce su tutto il territorio italiano.
