Preparo il cavalletto, metto a fuoco sui monti e passo al fuoco manuale per non cambiare più l'impostazione. Scatto remoto e sollevamento dello specchio. Adesso c'è solo da aspettare. Mancano 24-48 ore alla luna piena e quindi è in opposizione al sole, mi lascerà meno di un'ora con condizioni accettabili di buio, ma solo prima dell'alba. Mangio e dormo nell'attesa. Il comando remoto a filo l'ho fatto entrare dal finestrino, posso così scattare anche restando all'interno dell'auto. Ieri all'alba con un solo grado, ha anche un po' gelato. Addosso ho tutto il possibile. Quando ormai è buio mi rendo conto che la limpidezza dell'aria sopra di me è totale e questo consente al cielo stellato di apparire in tutto il suo splendore nonostante la forte luce lunare. Questa scoperta mi fa cambiare programma fotografico e decido di scattare in vari momenti durante tutta la notte.
