Il rifugio si può raggiungere da vari sentieri il più comodo è quello che va dal lago di Misurina tramite la seggiovia che porta in 10 minuti al rifugio Col De Varda da lì si cammina per un'oretta abbondante fino al Città di Carpi lungo un sentiero bellissimo e assolutamenta alla portata di tutti sempre ad un'altitudine di 2000mt...la vista che si gode una volta arrivati al rifugio è mozzafiato!
