Io in genere per l'effetto fumetto prima desaturo, poi sul livello copiato inverto (ctrl-i) con metodo di fusione colore scherma, infine applico il filtro minimo con pixel basso, tipo 1 o 2.

@Nicola DeFronzo. La tecnica iniziale di elaborazione è la stessa che mi hai descritto. Poi per rendere più "corposo" l'effetto disegno utilizzo prima il filtro (da Galleria di PS) cartella "stilizzazione" e scelgo "bordi brillanti" regolo i valori per cercare il miglior risultato poi inverto la regolazione ed utilizzo il metodo di fusione "moltiplica". Poi passo alla cartella "schizzo" con effetto "carboncino" regolando i valori e miscelo con il metodo di fusione "moltiplica". Se i risultati sono troppo forti, regolo l'opacità fino ad ottenere il disegno che reputo più realistico.
Spero di essere stato sufficientemente chiaro 
@RobertMarc. Grazie per l'apprezzamento. Ho provato a mantenere i colori desaturando un po' ma mi sembra di rientrare nell'effetto "Fumetto" molto vicino all'elaborazione di @Fasoad
Speriamo che la mia versione sia gradita anche alla Giudice (avendone stravolto il RAW): ho puntato più sull'originalità che sulla precisione tecnica come invece vedo applicata ad elaborazioni di altri Concorrenti.....
