Scusami tanto , ma queste si chiamano CRESCENTI!!!!!!!!! Le tigelle sono le formelle di terra cotta che una volta scaldate nel focolare si usano per cuocere l'impasto che deve essere tirato a mano e non tagliato con il coppapasta!!!! Queste crescenti erano il pane quotidiano delle vecchie generazioni delle mie montagne e venivano consumate la mattina a pranzo e a cena. Mi dispiace molto questo stravolgere le cose e i nomi delle tradizioni, ma purtroppo oggi vengono chiamate in questo modo da quasi tutti (non te ne faccio una colpa).
