Dragon Fruit, Sukhothai sent on September 30, 2017 (12:26) by Gabriele Corsini. 19 comments, 1026 views. [retina]

at 24mm, 1/60 f/4.0, ISO 2000, Sukhothai, Thailand.

Beautiful picture and interesting story!
You've got a particular atmosphere as if there was some familiarity.

Hello Emanuel, thank you very much! It makes me very pleased that you like it!

Rocco, yes, I did a little bit of the photo and worked lightly on shadows and lights, nothing fanciful anyway! :-) Thanks for visiting! Hello!

Very nice photo and night atmosphere gives added value to the image.
I live in Asia and so I know well the reality of these wonderful "little shops" itinerant.
But I do not agree on the emphasis on dragon fruit. I eat it every day but it's nothing. It is, on the contrary, snubbered by almost everyone because almost devoid of taste.

No, but how??? :-)
is very good!!! Especially the ones I tasted in Thailandi! I have eaten them for example also in Sri Lanka and they were not as phenomenal as the Thai ones but... I would eat them every day!! Anyway thank you for visiting and commenting! :-)
A greeting, Gabriele

There are two types. With the white pulp and the dark red pulp. Those with the white flesh know very little. The others a little bit better. However they are pleasant to eat as they give you a sense of lightness and coolness.

In fact I liked the ones with the white pulp, but it will have been good luck! Those with the purple pulp, which I ate in Sri Lanka, knew less.. But it must have been a coincidence, you who live there will surely know better than me! :)

A beautiful image accompanied by a captivating story, I'll try to see if they sell in the area (although the fruit on the spot to a completely different flavor).

Are you by any chance a relative of the Corsini of Pistoia?
