un arte, quella di intagliare la frutta che imparano da piccoli.....l'Arte dell'Intaglio di frutta e verdura è considerata uno dei dieci antichi mestieri in Thailandia e ha origine nel 1364 circa, durante la dinastia di Sukhothai, quando la consorte di sua Maestà L'Imperatore Phra Ruang creò un trionfale buffet di frutta e verdura in occasione del festival di Loy Kratong.
