Hi Alfio,
Thank you for your comment.
We have been to Tanzania and have gone through the various parks. This was taken in the Serengeti.

Good day,
Roberto

Good morning Roberto thanks for the reply! I noticed only after you had already written the place of the shot in the title!
I hope you had fun in the midst of tigers and lions! :)
A greeting soon

You're right is a queen, the head upright and a high point of observation to scrutinize the savannah.
Nice picture

Thanks Stefano!
Beautiful animals, and the amazing thing is that they do not care either the Jeeps or the people (as long as they're in the car ... :-D). As if they did not exist.

Congratulations, really beautiful, over the picture also the experience itself, one of those things that I've never done but I think leave an indelible mark inside if you love nature, the Arica is Africa ;-)

Thanks Trimoto!
Unfortunately, I must say that the Serengheti and the other parks are traveled far and wide by the Jeeps that take tourists for a walk. They are really many. Fortunately, the animals do not care for anything.
The lioness of the photo was 5m from me (and 15 other Jeeps), and was quietly looking around to see if there was something to munch ...
It's a pity, but unfortunately tourism is the only thing that can save the few still habitable lands for wildlife. If there were no tourist money, these territories would already be closed to wild animals that we could only see in the zoos.

This I did not know, certainly the confusion I think ruin a lot 'the atmosphere of those places, but from what I understood was still a good experience, no?
