La leonessa della foto era a 5m da me (e da altre 15 Jeep), e stava tranquillamente guardandosi intorno per vedere se c'era qualcosa da sgranocchiare...
E' un vero peccato, ma purtroppo il turismo è l'unica cosa in grado di salvare le poche terre ancora abitabili per la fauna selvatica. Se non ci fossero i soldi dei turisti questi territori sarebbero già preclusi agli animali selvatici che potremmo vedere solo negli zoo. |

La savana poi è veramente bellissima! Sembra il Paradiso terrestre, con tutti quegli animali che convivono tranquillamente gli uni accanto agli altri. Sono veramente parecchi! Non capisco perchè sulle nostre montagne ce ne siano così pochi: per vedere un camoscio bisogna camminare 20 ore, e gli stambecchi li vedi ogni due anni...
