At 18.50 hours GMT precisely, on 11.9.2017, this golden portal opened up in the otherwise solid dark, ominously biblical sky, in torrential and persistent rain (that got me and the camera very wet), and thus allowing an alien species to infiltrate us - and our planet.
THIS is where it all started... (very little editing, cropped some as I dare not change lenses when the weather was like a monsoon)
