Il soggetto è indietro rispetto al miglior fuoco ed il capo con l'occhio che dovrebbero reggere l'immagine non sono nitidi (fuori fuoco).
Il soggetto staglia perfettamente contro lo sfondo e mi pare strano un errore così netto dell'AF; ricontrolla le impostazioni che hai usato ed eventualmente fai qualche prova nelle stesse condizioni (tutta apertura) per verificare che il tutto funzioni a dovere.

The subject is behind the best and fire the head with the eye that should govern the image are not clear (out of focus).
The subject stands out well against the background and it seems to me a strange error as net AF; double-check the settings you used and possibly do some testing under the same conditions (wide open) to verify that everything is working properly.
