A pictorial, almost hypnotic shot I would say ... you can not understand what the plant is and what the shadow.
The footprints then create a texture that reminds me of a mantra.
Usually the composition is unobtrusive and elegant.
Admirable.

Excellent composition and shadow well marked, exceptional relief of footprints on the sand. Overall, including color, I really like it.

The marks on the sand are fantastic and the naked tree that resists. :-) ... what's between the two trunks, it looks like an animal or is it a branch?!?

Thank you all.

Fabrizio, the one in the middle must be a piece of broken trunk. The sun was high and behind the tree, you could guess from the shadow, and the area you see the clearest assumption was just illuminated by the sun.brur enlarging the file I also struggled to figure out what it was.

Hello everybody.

Simone

I can not understand the pdr and frame orientation as well as the shadows,

the tree is at the foot of a dune, behind a almost vertical sand wall. Crushing the planes due to the focal tele emphasized the thing.
for the shade, as I said to fabrizio, the sun is very high (here we were about midday) a little back to the dune

Thank you Yura, I like your comment. The shame is that I can not express the best that I see and often do not understand :-( :-( :-( as it happens often in everyday life: - /
