La foto è ben riuscita, ma chissà perché vi trovo qualcosa di malinconico.... Forse la strada già in ombra, che occupa quasi tutto il primo piano, e quel tronco caduto, a sinistra, con i suoi rami stecchiti... E il tuo stato d'animo, quello che ha indirizzato lo sguardo e la ripresa, com'era?

Ma non saprei se definire il mio stato d'animo malinconico in quel momento....
Stavo finendo una giornata di safari che non si era rivelata molto fruttuosa, però stavo già proiettandomi con il pensiero nella giornata successiva dove sicuramente avrei avuto un sacco di avvistamenti super.
Direi dunque che era + un misto di malinconia e speranza 
Comunque concordo con te che l'effetto finale della foto trasmetta malinconia.
