Erano giorni che mi aggiravo tra i boschi nella speranza di fotografare un cervo che, l'amico Alberto, aveva avvistato ma che ancora non ero riuscito a vedere. Scendendo verso questa frazione vedo questa donna che si inerpica per la mulattiera; sulla macchina avevo montato il 150/600 e poco tempo per prepararmi. Una veloce sistemata al setup e scatto. Questa frazione la pensavo disabitata, anche se le tracce della presenza umana erano evidenti, ma mai avrei pensato che Lei vivesse li tutto l'anno. Mi sono anche offerto di aiutarla a portare la spesa ma ha rifiutato categoricamnete il mio aiuto. Mi sono fermato a fare due chiacchere e mi ha raccontato alcuni aneddoti della sua vita passata e recente. La cosa che più mi ha colpito è stata la risposta quando le chiesi quanti anni aveva rispose: " Ìch s^chége sus nid" in tittschu, ripetendolo poi in italiano "Non ve lo dico" (Grazie a Lucia che mi ha aiutato nella traduzione). Vive con le sue galline i conigli e dei gatti che le tengono compagnia ma è sola; solo qualche sporadica visita del fratello ogni tanto. Poi, in un dialetto più comprensibile, mi dice " Dua al'ghe l'altra frazion i vegnan i sciur con la machina chla vula, ma m'aspuaentan i bestci l'hè mia bel cusì; i stò mei dimpar mi! .
