Hi Abbey, it's a too many pretense made with the 70 300 that certainly does not shine for clarity. Thank you, next time!

Unpretentious but I like 8-)
In particular the cool tonality and good sharpness obtained to be a nighttime ;-)
I think there could be a better setting and a less central tower position ;-)
For the rest great.

The picture is not bad the lack of clarity and the central composition does not convince me much.

Hi Luxor, I read the caption and maybe the problem is at the beginning when you state "unpretentious click". Why should it be worth it if you do not claim it? Instead the place is striking, I do not know the shooting point, and if you could change it but I would have tried a wider focal point and use the mountain behind playing with the different tonal steps (even in black and white). Dismissing you would have added something even in sharpness, since you are aware of the limits of 70 300 because it does not help you using the focal points where it does more?

@Ale, thank you for the passage and appreciation
@Riccardo: honest and sincere, I like ;-)
@Adriidra: The subject offers a lot of interpretations but I am aware of my limitations of vision in landscape photography. I have several shots both close and far, with the sun, at sunset or at night.
This was taken during sunset (the sun goes down right behind the mountain) and the colors have attracted me particularly. To make a different shot I used the canvas and devote almost all the frame to the tower. I have others with a wider shot where I also include the nearby castle. Unfortunately, the sharpness at that focal point is not the best. However, I went about 1.5km away.
I'm happy with your work and will follow your advice to make further tests! 8-)

The optic is certainly not specimen for clarity, but the photo is not bad, I would decentralize a subject's hair

I like very much. Beautiful light and colors. I also like the structure placed there in the center.

Simple and straightforward ... but missing a bit of ... verve ..

There is a bit of clarity, but since I find that crisp photos at home I miss loading on Juza, I'm wondering if it's just like the "original".

I do not know, but that subject and those colors do not send me anything special. One thing I like though is the background where you can see the mountain across the frame

Not bad but I would cut it down leaving more space on it.

The bit sharpness is noticeable, maybe you could limit it a little bit by slightly opening the diaphragm, otherwise you could have decenty the subject somewhat, or try a vertical cut. I like the subject and the colors obtained

Province of Benevento. My parents are from there (then moved to Rome) where I have grandparents and uncles.
I thought it was a stranger to most and instead :)

No no, else! The tower, the Monday market, Cioffi's mozzarella ... Did you know that so many years ago was Ray Charles in concert?

Montesarchio has become a city and a bit of life :-D
At the end of July there is the feast of the Madonna del Carmine (patron) and usually also perform concerts of important artists.
Ray Charles missed me.
To eat good helmet, Grandparents have a farm and every time I come home with the luggage full of countryside products :-)

I find it anonymous .. is a place that, in my opinion, lends itself to interesting shots. I also see a lack of clarity.
The real problem, however, is the central component. A greater contextualization would have helped, perhaps.
The tamron I had ... did not go beyond the 250, then loses it noticeably

As I said in the description "unpretentious", knowing the lens and its limits I congratulate you for this great management, I like the shot, not only central position, I prefer a slight left shift with more space to the right Consequently

The fork in the foreground is well-managed, and the lamps create interesting light games. The rocks in the background are instead a bit flat. It's still a good night's sleep.

I've always been one that the rules have learned to be able to break them in the autonomous and functional way over time.
Here I see a trivial mistake of composition.
The tower at the center weighs on the photo, did not you have the chance to twist it with a cutout?

I would have removed the part on the left, then for the rest I like, even as pp, but the composition blocks this image.

For me.
